My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms are immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a truly extravagant and comfortable experience. The bathrooms with organic bathing products and rose water, along with the romantic ambiance set by glowing candles and silver platter mint tea, made my stay feel like a dream. However, the only downside was the somewhat pricey value for what was offered.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Mrs Habiba and Mohamed were incredibly attentive and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The other assistant ladies were equally warm and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist sites in the Medina. It's ideally situated for exploring the city, and the proximity to key attractions like the badie and bahia palaces added to the convenience. The dining downstairs was also a big plus!

The Moroccan-style dining experience was absolutely incredible, offering a variety of delicious options. The breakfast spread with breads, cakes, pancakes, fruits, and jams was a delightful way to start the day. The homemade marmalade was a real highlight of the dining experience.
